We invited You to discover the beauty of our country and all its diversity, accompanied by locals who care about communicate to You their love of Morocco. You will fly away for a tour across the country: the sumptuousity of imperial cities (Marrakech, Fez, Rabat & Meknes), the vastness of desert and the tranquility of the coast.
Program
Day 1: Marrakech arrival
- Reception at the airport and transfer to your hotel/riad
Day 2: Marrakech – Essaouira
- Departure from your hotel at 9 o’clock for a morning tour of Marrakech. Accompanied by a local guide, You will stroll down the alleys lined with local craft shops to reach the main monuments in the Medina: Saadian tombs, Bahia palace and Koutoubia Mosque.
- After the lunch, in the heart We will drive to Essaouira. On the way You will visit a local women’s cooperative to learn about argan oil production.
- The end of the day will be dedicated to the visite of this port city characterized by its beach, its ramparts, its craftsmans, its small streets and its white houses with blue shutters.
Day 3: Essaouira – Casablanca
- You start the day with free time on the beach where many activities are proposed: nautical sports, horse or camel rides, …
- Then, We will take the road of Casablanca. The afternoon will be devoted to the visit of this city, famous for its beachfront mosque, Hassan II, and its corniche edged with pleasant terraces, cafes and restaurants.
Day 4: Casablanca – Rabat – Assillah
- After breakfast, We will ride into Rabat, political and administrative capital, located on the Atlantic coast.
- The city tour of Rabat will offer You the visit of royal palace, Hassan Tower and kasbah of Oudayas that gives You an exceptional view of the river.
- At the end of the day, We will head to Assilah and enjoy the atmosphere of this port city, its street art and its delicious sea‘s food.
Day 5: Assilah – Tangier – Chefchaouen
- This morning, We will cross the highway to visit Tangier, the most cosmopolitan moroccan’s city.
- We propose You an historical visit of the Kasbah where You will discover Moroccan craftsmanship, prestigious monuments, like Cape Spartel or Hercules Caves, and a magnificent panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea.
- At the end of the visit, we will reach Chefchaouen. Called « Blue city » is the pearl of the north of the country. We offer You free time to lose yoursel in the romantic charm of this small town, before admiring a wonderful sunset, overpumbing the Blue city.
Day 6: Chefchaouen – Meknes – Fez
- Departure for Volubilis, famous for its mosaics, its remains of oil mills and its baths.
- We will carry on our way with the visit of Meknes where we will have lunch on the famous Lahdim square. The tour of this imperial city will continue with the discovery of the majestic Bab Mansour gate and the medina.
- We will finaly reach Fez to spend a relaxing evening.
Day 7: Fez city tour
- This imperial city offers a charming and mysterious medieval atmosphere. After breakfast, We will start to explore Fez with a driving tour including the Royal Palace, a beautiful panorama of the city from Tombs of Mérinides and the visit of a ceramic factory.
- After lunch, You will complete the visit with a guided walking tour in the old town and its iconic monuments: Bab Bou Jeloud, Quaraouiyine Mosque, the impressive Chouara tannery and Madrassa Bou Inania, a Koranic school whose rooftop offers a masterful view over the mosque.
- At the end of the day, We propose you free time to discover the 55 000 craftsmen installed in the Souk and enjoy moroccan specialities.
Day 8: Fez – Ifran – Midelt – Merzouga
- After breakfast in Fez, We will cross Ifran, the « Little Switzerland », its mountains and cedar forests of the Middle Atlas to meet the Barbarie monkeys.
- After crossing the Zad pass (2178 m), We will arrive in Midelt, a berber village, for the lunch.
- You will appreciate seeing many Berber villages and a diversity of landscapes all along the way to Merzouga, where camel guides and camels await You for new adventures in desert’s camp: berber music, wood fire, starry sky, …
Day 9: Merzouga – Todgha Gorges – Roses Valley
- After waking up early to admire the sunrise in the middle of Sahara’s desert and enjoying breakfast, make your way to the gorges of Todgha, its way will offer You spectacular panoramic view.
- We will stop in few places to enjoy this sumptuous nature and take a walk along the river that borders the Gorges.
- Finaly, the 1000 Kasbah’s road will bring us to Dades valley and Kelaa M’Gouna (in Roses Valley) to spend the last night.
Day 10: Return to Marrekch via Ouarzazate & Aït Ben Haddou
- On the way to Marrakech, We will stop in Ouarzazate to visit the Kasbah of Taourirt and the Atlas movie studios. Then, We will visit Aït Ben Haddou, listed as a UNESCO World
Heritage and famous for the charm of its Ksar. You will have the opportunity to climb the fortified village (Ksar) and enjoy a breathtaking view. - After lunch, We will cross the High Atlas by the Tizi N’Tichka pass (2260m), where We can stop to take some wonderful pictures.
- Our journey ends in Marrakech. We will drop You off at your hotel/riad or transfer You to the airport.
